Desktop drone survey workstation

Every drone frame. Locked to location.

Watch Sightlock turn folders of drone media into a map-first inspection archive, then compare repeat dates and export evidence without rebuilding the project.

Where Sightlock fits against other drone software

Sightlock is the review, archive, and comparison layer for the footage you already have. Processing platforms build maps and models; Sightlock makes every raw frame findable, watchable, and comparable — without uploading anything.

Sightlock sits alongside your processing tools, not instead of them — process where you process today, then archive, review, and compare everything in Sightlock.

Product showcase

Record the job being completed.

These frames are placeholders for short product films: one continuous action per film, no isolated feature catalogue, and no side clutter competing with the app.

Workflow 01

Add media, compare dates, export evidence.

Open with a real folder import, show Sightlock remembering geometry, pan to the inspection area, select the relevant flight paths, move into Compare Studio, line up repeat dates, then export the result.

Workflow 02

Same reach, two dates, locked together.

Open a suggested comparison, switch to side by side, tuck the tools away, and press play — the second date tracks the first by GPS chainage, rate-matched automatically while the map follows.

Workflow 03

Search a project, click geometry, review media.

Use this as a shorter supporting film for the core promise: the archive is searchable, the map controls the media, and footage opens from its real-world position.

Repository, comparison, GIS, evidence

A drone media archive that behaves like a map.

Sightlock is a repository platform for organisation-wide drone media. The core objects are projects, media, geometry, features, observations, and comparisons, not work orders or generic asset records.

01

Index the organisation archive

Watched roots, project cards, generated thumbnails, missing-file state, telemetry source, GPS points, date ranges, and storage context stay searchable.

02

Navigate by geometry

Open footage from a map extent, flight track, photo point, repository card, visible project filter, or media row instead of hunting through folders.

03

Compare the same place over time

Current media becomes A, the best path-similarity match becomes B, and the comparison stays focused on large media panes with map context available.

04

Capture observations

Features and notes can attach to coordinates, media time, severity, type, side, chainage, and export attributes for downstream GIS workflows.

05

Control GIS context

Project extents, media tracks, layer manager, active layers, imported shapefiles, opacity, draw order, and map styles sit in one workstation.

06

Export reviewed evidence

WYSIWYG screenshots, synced clips, feature tables, KML, GPX, GeoJSON, comparison packages, and export history stay connected to what was reviewed.

Account and protection model

One account key, protected website, clean billing.

Customers should be able to start without card friction, then manage active workstation slots, machines, billing, and downloads from the account dashboard.

Trial

No-card trial first.

Users can create a 30-day trial without payment information. Card entry remains available immediately, but it is not required to evaluate the app.

Account key

One key across paid device slots.

The customer buys an active-device allowance. The same account key can bind across that number of machines.

Protection

Supabase Auth, RLS, Turnstile, WAF, signed webhooks.

Public pages stay crawlable. Account, owner, billing, and machine APIs stay protected server-side through Cloudflare Pages Functions.

Compatibility

DJI-first, designed to expand.

DJI MP4/MOV Embedded telemetry SRT sidecars Photo EXIF GPS GPX / KML / CSV GeoJSON exports Shapefile import Esri imagery

Launch pricing

Questions

What buyers need to know before installing.

Is Sightlock a repository platform?

Yes. Sightlock keeps a searchable spatial index of an organisation's drone videos, photos, project folders, geometry, telemetry state, thumbnails, observations, and missing-file status.

Do users need to enter a card to try it?

No. The launch flow supports a no-card 30-day trial. Users can add payment information straight away if they want continuity after the trial, but it is optional.

Can one key work across multiple machines?

Yes. The target model is one account key with a paid active-device allowance. Customers can increase active devices, or reduce billing after selecting which machines to deactivate.

Which drones are supported first?

DJI workflows are the launch focus, including MP4/MOV media, embedded telemetry where available, SRT, image EXIF GPS, GPX, KML, and CSV geometry sources.

Launch access

Turn the drone archive into a mapped workstation.

Start with one key, index a project, open media from geometry, compare repeat inspections, and export evidence without rebuilding the workflow every time.
